We are Alf & Amy, the married team behind New Leaf. From 2001-2026, Amy guided the lucrative paid speaking careers of some of the world’s most admired figures. They preferred a modern alternative to traditional, exclusive representation. Amy operated as a virtual extension of their in-house team, handling all of their direct speaking invitations and their brokered speaking opportunities. Amy invented an original business model, “Private Speaker’s Agent” that built her clients’ in-house speaking businesses from scratch, offered full transparency on financials, contacts, and contracts, generated significant wealth, protected her clients’ non-exclusivity, AND offered the protections typically reserved for those with professional representation. Amy retired from her private speaker’s agent work in March 2026 (with the exception of Aimee Mullins), to help more people. She consults for for event hosts and elite paid speakers who want to protect themselves from ‘skimming’ and audit their current exposure to the practice. Amy also invented the 6-Step Category of One Theory to equip extraordinary individuals with a tool to arrive at the “highest/best” use of their expertise and obsessions to profitably solve problems for others. She conducts public and private Category of One sessions around the world.
