New Leaf works directly with event hosts and all the top speaker bureaus and agencies in the world.  We have negotiated more than $40,000,000 in speaking fees for our intentionally small roster of clients – leading our negotiations with attention to detail and kindness.  We are known for being both kind and effective at what we do.

We continuously cultivate our network of more than 50 speaker bureaus, speaker agencies and talent agencies, encompassing more than 500 individual agents worldwide. We also work directly with event hosts to handle all in-bound inquiries for our clients.

These sessions are specifically designed to focus on Y-O-U and I’ll offer my insight into what could be most helpful for you to do next.  Our conversation will be confidential, spontaneous, fast-paced and highly practical.  

My style:  
I’m nice – in an industry not known for ‘nice.’  I’m direct, but kind.  Kindness does not mean naive or ineffective.  In fact, I believe that the opposite is true.  Being KIND is the secret ingredient that makes us good at what we do. It takes more time to be kind vs. abrupt, but it is an essential part of how we operate as individuals and as a business. I want to help every single person who reaches out to me for advice.

For either option, the sessions are 1:1 and New Leaf will donate a portion of your fee to the US-based, registered non-profit of your choice and send you the confirmation.  Everyone feels good.

1) ADVISORY PHONE CALL – $395 USD – 45 minutes – $50 donated to the US-based, registered non-profit of your choice.
This is a 45 minute advisory phone call where I focus my 28 years of experience in the events industry — with nearly twenty of those as professional speaker management — on YOU.  This fast-paced session will be geared toward you outlining your single biggest challenge or opportunity with regard to paid speaking.  You set the stage and I will begin asking you a lot of questions — which leads to an intensive discussion where we get concrete on some specific “next steps” advice.  I haven’t been stumped yet. (Touch wood).

2) VIDEO ADVISORY SESSION – $595 USD – 60 minutes – $100 donated to the US-based, registered non-profit of your choice.
PLUS:  Your session is recorded and the audio file is sent to you, for your archives

Upgrade your session to a 60 minute video-conference and we’ll have 33% more time in our session.  Since we’ll be meeting via video-conference, the closest thing we have right now to having an in person meeting, this session feels more open and expansive than the phone call option.  I’ll send you an audio recording of our session so you won’t be distracted with note taking during our conversation.  During our hour together, we take a deep swan dive into your situation and I’ll have even more of an opportunity to offer guidance on next steps.
